Navy researchers at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Materials Science and Technology Division, demonstrate proof-of-concept of novel NRL technologies developed for the recovery of carbon dioxide (CO) and hydrogen (H) from seawater and conversion to a liquid hydrocarbon fuel.
