Natural-gas prices bounced to a one-week high on Friday as weather forecasts turned slightly colder, which could increase demand for the heating fuel. Natural gas for January delivery settled up 16.1 cents, or 4.4%, at $3.795 a million British thermal units on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices posted a 0.2% loss for the week. Warmer-than-normal weather this month has kept natural-gas prices subdued amid tepid demand for indoor heating. About half of U.S. households use natural gas as their primary heating fuel.
