The comments published in Russian newspaper Nezavisimaya Gazeta came as Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk headed to Brussels for the first time since he was reappointed earlier this month, with Western officials considering a package to prop up Ukraine’s wobbly finances.
