The Obama administration said it delayed a decision on the Keystone oil pipeline over uncertainty about the route in Nebraska , which may push final action on the project until after the November election. Republicans and some Democrats in Congress immediately criticized the delay. Eight federal agencies that had until early May to comment on the proposed pipeline will get more time, according to a statement today from the State Department, which is conducting the review.
