Iraqi crude exports brought in $7.577 billion in April as oil sales increased to an average 2.509 million barrels per day (bpd) – a boost of 113,000 bpd over the daily average in March.All of Iraq’s crude was sent to market from terminals in the south. Iraq’s northern exports have been offline since March 2 attacks that took out sections of the Iraq-Turkey Pipeline (ITP).Insurgents have controlled stretches of the pipeline in Ninewa province near the Salahaddin border.
