A post by Ovi at peakoilbarrel All of the oil (C + C) production data for the US state charts comes from the EIAʼs Petroleum Supply monthly PSM . After the production charts, an analysis of three EIA monthly reports that project future production is provided. The charts below are updated to September 2020 for the 10 largest US oil producing states. Septemberʼs US production increased by 286 kb/d to 10,860 kb/d from Augustʼs output of 10,574 kb/d. Septemberʼs increase was largely the result of the GOM coming back on line after being shut due to hurricanes. This can be seen in the September On-Shore L48 production graph which was essentially flat at 8,901 kb/d, actually down by 22 kb/d.
